Total Transformation® Intensive Programs and Total Transformation Weekend Refund Policies
No refunds will be issued unless your space can be filled with another paying individual. If your space is not filled, a credit toward a future Total Transformation® offering will be issued ONLY if the cancellation is received one full week prior to the event minus an administrative fee of $200 for any Total Transformation Intensive Program and $75 for a Total Transformation® Weekend. NO credits or refunds will be issued if cancellation is received within one week of the event or the first session in a series. If a program is cancelled or interrupted because of an Act of God or some other disruption outside our control, we will either reschedule the event or allow for a credit to be applied to a future event. In the case of an interruption, the credit will be pro-rated based on the actual time remaining in the program. If no other event will be scheduled, then there will be a full refund. If we must cancel due to insufficient enrollment, your deposit and paid balance will be refunded fully.
Total Transformation® Basic Jumpstart and Total Transformation® Mastery Teleseminars Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued unless your space can be filled with another paying individual. If your space is not filled, a credit toward a future Total Transformation® offering will be issued ONLY if the cancellation is received one full week prior to the event minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations after the commencement of a series of teleseminar sessions will be prorated as follows:
| More than 1 week prior to commencement: | 90% |
| Within 1 week prior to commencement: | 80% |
| After the first module | 60% |
| After the second module | 30% |
| After the any additional module | 0% |
If a program is cancelled because of an Act of God, or some other disruption outside our control, we will either reschedule the event or allow for a credit to be applied to a future Total Transformation® event. If no other event will be scheduled then either, 1) there will be a full refund if no modules have been delivered or, 2) there will be a pro-rated refund based on the schedule above in the case where some module(s) have been delivered. If we must cancel due to insufficient enrollment, your deposit and paid balance will be refunded fully.
