Refund Policy


	Our Refund Policy (Effective for All Bookings)

	Total Transformation® Destination Programs and Total Transformation® Weekend Refund Policies

	No refunds will be issued unless your space can be filled with another paying individual paying at the same rate. If your space is not filled, a credit toward a future Total Transformation® offering will be issued ONLY if the cancellation is received sixty (60) days prior to the event minus an administrative fee of $200 for any Total Transformation® Intensive Program and $75 for a Total Transformation® Weekend or TeleProgram. If we must cancel a program or a program is interrupted because of an Act of God or some other disruption outside our control, we will either reschedule the event or allow for a credit to be applied to a future event. In the case of an interruption, the credit will be pro-rated based on the actual time remaining in the program. If no other event will be scheduled, then there will be a full refund. If we must cancel due to insufficient enrollment, your deposit and paid balance will be refunded fully.

	Total Transformation® Basic Jumpstart and Total Transformation® Mastery Teleseminars Refund Policy

	Due to the nature of information contained in Kat James' phone and Web-based content, both the Basic and Mastery Total Transformation® TeleProgram courses are non-refundable.

	Books and Other Materials Sold By Informed Beauty LLC

	There are no refunds or credits provided for these purchases. If a book arrives damaged from Beyond Words Publishing please contact them directly at 1-503-531-8700.

	Other Important Refund Policy Information
	It is our goal that each program is attended by people for whom the program will be beneficial, and who exhibit the type of commitment to the program that will be conducive to an inspiring experience for all involved. InformedBeauty.com, Total Transformation®, and/or Kat James reserve the right to refuse a person for attending for any reason whatsoever, without explanation, or to dismiss an attendee who disrupts the program in any way, for a pro-rated refund.
